We all know it’s bad, but that doesn’t stop us.

Alcohol makes your body use a lot of energy to stay clean. So listen to your body and help it out …

  • Give your body a rest – have at least 2 alcohol free days per week
  • Alcohol affects your sleep, a few alcohol free days every week will help you sleep better
  • If you’re going to have a ‘big night’ limit yourself to no more than 4 standard drinks
  • Drink at least one glass of water between each alcoholic drink
  • Be prepared to feel tired, look tired and have less money in your wallet!

Know the law…

  • It is illegal for anyone under 18 years to buy or drink alcohol
  • People under 18 years are not allowed into a licensed venue unless they are with an adult
  • It is illegal to buy alcohol for someone who is under 18 years old
