Alcohol makes your body use a lot of energy to stay clean. So listen to your body and help it out …
- Give your body a rest – have at least 2 alcohol free days per week
- Alcohol affects your sleep, a few alcohol free days every week will help you sleep better
- If you’re going to have a ‘big night’ limit yourself to no more than 4 standard drinks
- Drink at least one glass of water between each alcoholic drink
- Be prepared to feel tired, look tired and have less money in your wallet!
Know the law…
- It is illegal for anyone under 18 years to buy or drink alcohol
- People under 18 years are not allowed into a licensed venue unless they are with an adult
- It is illegal to buy alcohol for someone who is under 18 years old
